Having been prepared psychologically and mentally to spend at least an hour on the phone trying to get through to customer service, I embarked on that journey. Upon the recommendation of the service provider, I reached out to Whirlpool to see if they would at least "Extend the Manufacturer's Warranty" because these units appear to be "Friday Afternoon Products". 6 Months later another problem, Interface, Control, and coin slide, at this point I am ready to throw the units in the trash, keeping in mind that just about 2 years ago I spent over $2200 for the units plus now all the service calls. ![]() 2 months and 5 days later another problem, the service provider had to replace the tub ring, balance ring, and control. ![]()
